Nearly all of your mental life — evaluation, reaction, even goal pursuit — runs on automatic processes shaped by experiences you didn't choose. We'll explore how channels are carved in the mind (the water mashal), how the borrowed dictionary of definitions was installed before you could inspect it, and how the Lens Law means your perception participates in constructing what you see. Understanding the machine is the first step to recalibrating it.
